Design fees start at $2,000 per room. Final pricing is based on scope, timeline, and how many items we’re sourcing and coordinating, plus any add-ons like wallpaper, lighting, or built-ins. We’ll confirm scope and provide a clear range after your inquiry, before you commit. We’re happy to mix existing pieces with new.

Flat-rate design starts at $1,500 and is priced per room. The final design fee depends on scope, complexity, and procurement coordination. Furnishings, finishes, and trade services are separate and will be quoted clearly.

We are an interior design studio, not a licensed general contractor. We can coordinate with your contractors and trades to support design execution and reduce friction. If your project requires a general contractor, we can collaborate with one you hire or recommend a partner when available.
